Yes, I believe it's been quite a while since I last wrote anything in here. We have been basking in some sort of heat wave, if you will, over the past week. Temperatures well into the 90's and 100's over much of the Northern Plains. Temps here in Grand Forks, in fact, have skirted with the record highs over the past couple of days... We set a new record on the morning of the 24th, by recording the highest minimum temperature on that date:
...RECORD HIGH MINIMUM TEMPERATURE SET AT GRAND FORKS
INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT FOR TUESDAY JULY 24...
A RECORD HIGH MINIMUM TEMPERATURE OF 72 DEGREES WAS
SET AT GRAND FORKS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT YESTERDAY.
THIS BREAKS THE OLD RECORD OF 70 DEGREES SET IN 1997
AND 1963.
